Early Life and Education
Achiro Lucy Otim was born on September 28, 1986, in Uganda. She grew up in a small village in northern Uganda, where she experienced firsthand the challenges faced by many in her community. Despite these obstacles, Otim was determined to make a difference and pursue a career in politics.
