Early Life and Education
Daylin Leach was born on June 23, 1961, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and his Master’s degree from Temple University.

Daylin Leach began his political career as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he served from 2003 to 2009.
