Doug Mientkiewicz was born on June 19, 1974, in Toledo, Ohio. He attended Westminster Christian School in Miami, Florida, where he excelled in baseball. After graduating high school, Mientkiewicz went on to play college baseball at Florida State University.
Professional Career
