Early Life and Education
Eleanor Jordan was born on May 18, 1953, in Louisville, Kentucky. From a young age, she showed a keen interest in politics and social justice issues. Her parents, both activists in their own right, instilled in her a strong sense of civic duty and a passion for making a difference in the world. Jordan attended public schools in Louisville and went on to study political science at the University of Kentucky.
