Early Life and Education
Gramoz Ruci was born on December 6, 1951, in the town of Tepelenë in the Gjirokastër region of Albania. He grew up in a politically active family, with his father being a member of the Communist Party of Albania. This early exposure to politics would shape Ruci’s future career as a politician.
